Customer comments & feedback about misc. things

Dear Walt and Carol,
I can't tell you how much I enjoy browsing your site. Seems like every day I have to just look - again. Your selection of flute stuff is amazing, and your prices are unbeatable. You have a very instructional site, too - I would recommend it to anyone who loves the flute.
Earlier, I had ordered the BoPep flute saddle. This has been such a tremendous help, especially when I practice for long periods of time and have cramping on the index finger.  I had also gotten the flute gig bag. I love it, but sometimes do not need a bag that large (plus, a vacuum begs to be filled . . .usually with heavy items!) so as you can see, I have ordered a smaller version, plus one for a friend. You have the absolute best selection of cases and covers. Jewelry will be on my Christmas list . . . and the metronome. . . and . . .
Thank you for all you offer for flutists - and love your music quotations on your site -
K

Dear Mr. La Foret:
Welcome back from vacation. I hope you enjoyed yourself. I really enjoyed your website. I learned more from it than I learned from at least 10 other sites put together.

Walt,
I'm the one who wrote to you complaining of painful joints. I took your advice and plugged not only my G, but my A also. Then I put moleskin pads under my left hand first knuckle, and under my right thumb. MUCH more comfortable. It is amazing how much you have to contort your hand to play and you don't even realize it. You mentioned an off-set G. If you have one around and get a chance, send me a picture (or an e-mail that you have a picture on you web-site) - I've never seen one and am just curious. Thank you SO much for your advice. It's funny. My brother works for the Cleveland Institute of Music and the advice of his colleagues, as well as that of local music store owners was that I needed to learn to hold my flute right. I appreciate your help. :-) Now I can play without pain :-)
Regards, N R

Thank you so much for having this site!!! My daughter is starting band and I had no idea what to look for in a flute. I've called music stores with no satisfaction, searched the internet with no luck until I came across your site!! I'm going to recommend it to the music teacher so future parents with no instrument knowledge can learn something too. Keep up the great work and thanks again!!!
B M
