Dear Walt, 
I don't know if you remember, but about two years ago you refurbished an old Armstrong for me. That flute was a such a mess when I sent it to you, the head piece was bent and the joints didn't fit together at all but I was amazed with what you did with it. I told my husband right then that you were the only person I would trust with any of my flutes. I still have the Armstrong and intend to keep it as a back up and it still sounds great! But it is fun to have a brand new one, I have to admit. :) Thanks again for the good work!

Hi Walt,
I just wanted to let you know that the flute arrived the day before yesterday. I finally got a chance to play through a couple scales and an excerpt of a flute solo today. The flute looks much better and plays quite well after the overhaul. Thanks for a job well done! :)

The flute sounds great! This is my first open hole flute and I thought I was just having trouble with correct hand and finger position, but it is clear now that it just needed some TLC. The flute arrived yesterday and it is truly a marvel. You managed to take a poorly adjusted old collection of keys, pads and springs and return it to being an "instrument." Thanks so much. When my Pearl is due for service, there is no doubt, it is to you to whom it will be shipped. Thanks again.

Dear Mr. Laforet,
I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did with my flute. I would like to mention some of the things I noticed. One of the things is how the flute shined. I could not believe how nice it looked when I opened the case. The other improvement was how the bottom piece didn't fall off when I held it straight up and down. Also the top piece slid on and off easier than before. The new padding makes the sound fuller. Thanks you for your job well done.
