subject to errors and omissions. We reserve the right to refuse to honor any

Payment

PayPal through our website. In addition, we offer customers the option to pay
via money order, and personal check. Payment Policy: Credit cards are billed
immediately upon submission of online orders.
Shipping
Orders ship out in approximately 1-2 business days unless they are out-of-stock.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you in a timely manner. We use the
following shipping companies: DHL and US Postal Service. Shipping times vary
from 2 to 6 business days depending on how far the merchandise is being shipped.
Correct Address: Please make sure we have your correct shipping address. If you
supply us with the wrong address, or if your address changes after the order has
shipped, shipping delays and fees may be incurred.
Damages: Please
notify us within 5 days following the delivery of the order to report items
damaged in shipping. Save all boxes
and packing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
Customers are refunded the entire amount of the purchase price when they cancel
their order before it ships. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
incurred and for orders canceled after being shipped. This includes orders that
are still in transit.
Warranties
There are various warranties offered from different manufactures of the products
listed on this site. Each one varies so please inquire for details about a
particular manufacture. All warranties, express or implied, are limited
only to the replacement or repair of the product at the manufactures discretion.
Refund & Return Policy
Limited Refund Policy: Customers are refunded the entire amount of the purchase
price when they cancel their order before it ships. If the correct order is
delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship, but is disliked
or not wanted for any reason, the customer has 5 days following delivery to
contact us for return information and addresses. The customer is responsible for
packaging and shipping the merchandise back to us. Once the order is returned to
the us, inspected, and determined to be in like new condition, we will refund
the purchase price, less:

-Your Return Freight Charges
Wrong Order Received: Please contact us immediately if
you receive something other than what you ordered. We will arrange to have the
incorrect item picked up at our expense and ship out the correct order ASAP.
